Directed 60+ concurrent enterprise initiatives across Nigeria, six West African countries and London. Built the enterprise PMO and a repeatable delivery-governance model for a 12,000+ workforce organization. Managed selection and oversight of tier-one consulting and systems-integration partners including McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PwC, Accenture, Oracle, IBM, Microsoft and AWS.
Established portfolio governance and the benefits/NPV baseline. Rationalized 200+ observations into a sequenced portfolio of 15+ interventions with cross-program dependency oversight, adopted for Board review. Produced a 2026–2028 sequenced roadmap.
Led 20+ multinational ERP and core-banking implementations (Oracle Financials, HR, Procurement, Flexcube, Siebel). Served on a specialist escalation team recovering at-risk Level 3 and Level 4 programs.
Led multi-client operating-model and performance-improvement programs under stage-gate governance for Tier 1 banks, insurers and corporates across West Africa and the United States.
