Olayinka's career was built within Oracle, EY, Deloitte and leading corporate organizations, with significant international delivery experience across West Africa, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Chief Transformation Officer — Major Pan-African Banking Group. Led one of Africa's largest financial services transformation programs across seven countries — 60+ concurrent initiatives, 12,000+ workforce.

Engagement Partner — EY. Built and led the West Africa Performance Improvement Advisory practice from inception. Grew revenues 50%+ annually.

Program Director — Oracle. 20+ multinational ERP and core-banking implementations across global financial services. Specialist escalation and remediation team.
